- I have had a wonderful experience at Empowered fitness for the past 7 weeks. I was part of a 6 week challenge and I can really tell a difference in my clothes and the scale. I have lost a total of 8 pounds so far and look forward to many many more. I've also lost a lot of inches in my waist, hips, arms, bust and thighs. What I like the most about Empowered fitness is it is strictly for women! I had my own personal Coach. Nimat is a BEAST but at the same time she is or should I say all the coaches were very supportive. They kept you motivated, which made you want to keep pushing thru. Empowered fitness have many fitness classes at different times to accommodate every working or non working woman. The classes are challenging but also fun! They have yoga, cardio, boot camp, total body burn, and pole dancing classes. I also like the emails I receive from Najwa, she educates you about your body and the different foods that are good for you. She put healthy and quick recipes in there for you to try. I really feel like these ladies care about you and your health! They all ROCK!"
