With that philosophy in mind, Sahirah became a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor as she has a strong desire to help others reach their personal health and fitness goals as well. Sahirah’s focus is to understand her client’s unique desires, motivations and challenges to most efficiently help them set appropriate and achievable goals. She values her role as an Empowered2dance Accountability Coach and hopes to encourage as many individuals as possible to be their best selves. .
